quick recap

So I need to recollect and organize my thoughts after this weekend.

I knew the bare corner in my house would not go to waste!
We hosted our first "party" since being in Hawaii. And I'd like to say it was a success. 
 Even more successful was my famous Jalapeno Popper Dip which I'll share with ya'll today!!

    For Dip
    2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
    1 cup of mayonnaise
    6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
    5 jalapeno's, chopped and de-seeded.
    1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup diced green onion
    For the Topping
    1 cup of crushed crackers (Tollhouse, Ritz, etc.)
    1/2 cup parmesan chees
    1/2 stick of butter, melted

Mix mayo, bacon, cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar, and mozzerella together into bowl until blended. Place in a casserole dish of your choice (pie pan works best) top with crushed crackers, parm, and pour melted butter on top.

Bake for 20-25 min in 350 degree oven!

Easy as that!
